An Account Manager is always available to provide fast & accurate quotes. It will be e-mailed to you within minutes, if needed. S/He will ask as many questions as necessary to provide you with an estimate that will match the upcoming job.
Asking the Right Questions
With years of experience, your Account Manager knows how to ask the right questions. Nobody wants bad "surprises" once your job is being delivered. Furthermore, by asking the right questions, we can make recommendations that can reduce your labor & postage costs, plus speed up the mail processing.
Quick and accurate postage estimates will be provided in minutes. Your Account Manager has the most up-to-date postal information regarding sizes, class of mail & design to ensure you receive accurate postage cost. They may also make recommendations to decrease your postage cost as much as feasible.
During the design stage, we recommend you to e-mail your Account Manager your concept or artwork prior to printing. S/He will ensure your pieces will meet all postal regulations & does not get held up at the post office.
Post Office Help
Don’t get the run-around from the post office! It’s tough to keep up with the ever-changing postal rules & regulations. Your Account Manager will act as a liaison between you and the post office.
Turn Around Time
When you request an accurate turn around time on an order, tell specifically your Account Manager your deadline. Direct Mail Center goal is to do everything within its power to meet your schedule.
